Responsibilities:
- Manage Farm set on 37 acres of pasture
- Manage 42 dairy cattle (zero grazing)
- Supervise 6 – 10 subordinate staff
- Prepare and maintain farm records (inputs, production, costs etc) and accounts.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of farm budget and escalate for approval.
- Supervise the team to ensure that farm operations are effectively carried out.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education O level with grade C
- Diploma in Agribusiness
Required:
- At least 2 years’ experience preferably in a similar sized dairy farm.
- Should have business management and basic accounting skills.
- Ability to read & write in English and Swahili.
- Should be Computer literate – Excel, Word etc
